Summary

A cloud-based and database driven application to organize work requests, project management and scheduling, contact management, work order billing and time tracking, and team coordinating. Built with Coldfusion, Javascript and MySQL. It did have a customer facing work request form that smartly entered tickets into the system for non-emergency requests. It actively alerted the team via email and text message when requests were created or elevated.

My Contribution

I designed, coded and supported the application myself. I created a stand alone webserver to host the application on TFC's network.
