Self Portrait

For nearly three decades, I've tackled challenges as a Developer, Engineer, Operations Manager, and yes, even a Storm Chaser. I love turning ideas into reality, whether it's software, hardware, or something in between. I'm big on teamwork, lifelong learning, and navigating tough situations with a good dose of tact. And when I'm not engineering solutions, I'm engineering memories with my family.

As a Full-Stack Developer, I thrive on turning ideas into reality. From sketching out concepts to delivering polished web applications, I've honed my ability to create solutions that work. Whether collaborating with a team or tackling a project solo, I bring a blend of software expertise, team leadership, and hands-on experience in hardware development and electrical design.

Building strong relationships is at the heart of what I do. I'm passionate about connecting with people, inspiring teams, and creating an environment where collaboration thrives. Whether it's motivating a team to tackle a challenge or forging lasting partnerships, I believe success is built on mutual respect and a shared drive to achieve great things.

I believe professionalism, tact, and resilience are essential, especially when times are tough. Whether navigating budget cuts, resource constraints, or shifting priorities, I've learned that steady leadership and a commitment to collaboration can carry teams through even the most challenging circumstances. At Digital Ally, I've faced tough financial periods head-on, finding creative ways to keep projects moving forward despite limited budgets.

These experiences taught me that persistence and adaptability are skills you can only gain through real-world challenges. By focusing on respect, open communication, and creative problem-solving, I've been able to maintain trust, deliver results, and foster a culture of teamwork - even when the odds weren't in our favor.
